Return Policy
Right to withdraw from the contract
In accordance with the Act of 25 December 2014 on the protection of certain consumer rights and on liability for damage caused by a dangerous product, the Customer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days of the date of receiving the order.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer should submit a statement of withdrawal. A template form is available to download via this link (the form is in Polish).
Exception – personalised products
In accordance with applicable law, we do not accept returns of personalised products made to the Customer's individual order (e.g. products with a name, individual embroidery or graphics on request).
Such products are not subject to withdrawal from the contract, as they are made to the Customer's specifications and are not suitable for resale.
Conditions for returning other products
A return is only possible if:
- the product shows no signs of use,
- it is complete,
- it has not been damaged,
- the receipt or invoice you received is enclosed with the parcel.
Return procedure
Returned goods should be sent to the shop's address together with the statement of withdrawal and the receipt or invoice.
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the shop will confirm acceptance of the return by email.
Refunds
The shop guarantees a refund of the amount corresponding to the price of the returned goods.
The refund will be made within 14 working days of the return being accepted, by bank transfer to the account number provided by the Customer.
The cost of the Customer sending the goods back is non-refundable.
