Return Policy

Right to withdraw from Return Policythe contract


Pursuant to the Act of 25 December 2014 on the protection of certain consumer rights , the Customer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer should submit a statement of withdrawal. A template form is available under LINK.

Exception – personalised products

In accordance with applicable regulations, we do not accept returns of personalised products made to the Customer's individual order (e.g. products with a name, individual embroidery, graphics on request).

Such products are not subject to withdrawal from the contract because they are created according to the Customer's specifications and are not suitable for resale.

Terms and conditions for returning other products

Returns are only possible if:

  • the product shows no signs of use,
  • it is complete,
  • it has not been damaged,
  • the receipt or invoice is included with the shipment.

Return procedure

Returned goods should be sent back to the shop's address together with a statement of withdrawal and a receipt or invoice.

After receiving and checking the returned product, the shop will confirm the acceptance of the return by email.

Refund

The shop guarantees a refund of the amount corresponding to the price of the returned goods.

The refund will be made within 14 working days of the return being accepted, by bank transfer to the account number indicated by the customer.
