Secure payment

Online payments are handled by licensed payment operators. Your card details and online banking login never reach our shop, and the whole website runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).

Payment methods

Fast online transfer and BLIK — via Tpay (Krajowy Integrator Płatności S.A.). After placing your order, you go to Tpay or to your bank and confirm the payment there.
Payment card — via Revolut. You enter your card details in the operator’s secure form.
Traditional bank transfer to the shop’s account at PKO BP. We email the transfer details together with the order confirmation — please do not pay before then.

Prepayment

We sew every collar, leash and harness to a specific order, so payment is required in advance — including for in-store pickup. We do not offer cash on delivery.
