Delivery and payment
We make every order individually, so we dispatch it once it has been made. Lead time is around 14 working days, plus 1–2 days for delivery.
Delivery costs
- PLN 19.00 — InPost parcel locker
- PLN 21.00 — InPost courier to the address of your choice
- PLN 0 — in-store pickup at our shop in Białystok
Free delivery from PLN 299. When you order products worth at least PLN 299, delivery by InPost parcel locker or InPost courier within Poland is free of charge. This does not apply to international shipments.
We send domestic parcels with InPost. International orders are shipped by UPS courier — the cost depends on the country and the weight of the parcel and is shown in the basket. For countries not on the list or for a non-standard weight, we agree the cost individually — please contact us at sklep@elperro.com.pl.
Payment
You can pay for your order online — by fast transfer, BLIK (Tpay) or payment card (Revolut) — or by traditional bank transfer to the shop's account. Prepayment applies to every order — including in-store pickup.
The reason is simple: we sew every collar, leash and harness for a specific order, in the colour you have chosen and with your dog's name embroidered on it. We cannot offer such an item to anyone else if it is not collected — which is why cash on delivery is not available.
If you pay by traditional bank transfer, please do not pay until we have confirmed your order by email. With made-to-order products, we sometimes need to ask about details or adjust the amount — so we check each order first and send the bank transfer details together with the confirmation.
